This means that the event in which you are interested IS NOT SOLD OUT, but the number of seats you requested are not available in the area you chose. You should go back to the map and either select a different seating area, or ask for Best Available, to locate seats for this event.
After selecting Print at Home as a delivery method and completing your ticket purchase on line, you should first receive an email confirming your purchase. Your confirmation email should arrive within minutes of your order. If you do not then receive a second email with the tickets attached within 72 hours, please contact us for follow-up. (You can also ask for your tickets to be emailed directly to you when you purchase by phone.)
The most common reason customers do not receive their ticket emails is because they are using a business email address. Most business organizations have their spam and security filters set to a very secure level which will not allow emails with graphic attachments such as tickets. That's why we suggest that you use a personal email address on your account with us. If you don't receive your ticket email, just let us know and we can print your tickets and mail them to you.
Anyone who opens an account within us and includes their email address is automatically placed on our mailing list to receive ticket alerts and announcements of upcoming shows. If you are not receiving our email correspondence, just email us your name, complete postal mailing address, and email address, and we will be glad to include you on the list for future notices. The individual performers/shows/events set the timing of all announcements, price of tickets, on sale dates, etc. For some, tickets go on sale several months in advance, and others choose to wait until much closer to the event date.

Our workers are all employees of the City of Rapid City, so you will be redirected to the City of Rapid City website to complete an application. As City employees, you will be required to pass both a criminal and credit background check.
No. All of our ticket outlets - the ticket windows, the self-service kiosks, phone orders, internet orders, and the Silverado - use exactly the same seating map for seat selection.
The ambient temperature of the Ice Arena needs to be kept between 62 and 68 degrees, to prevent damage to the ice, even when the ice is covered for a concert or other event. It would always be a good idea to dress accordingly.
Kwik Kash is an additional ticket you can purchase for any event at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center that can be used just like cash at any of our concessions. They are available in amounts of $10, $20, $30, $40, or $50. Kwik Kash tickets are purchased for a specific amount and date range, and cannot be redeemed for cash. They're really handy because you don't have to worry about bringing your purse or wallet with credit cards and check books that can always be lost or stolen. Just bring your event ticket and your Kwik Kash ticket (and of course a valid photo ID if you plan to purchase alcohol). Kwik Kash tickets can be purchased from our website, by phone, or at the ticket window.
Gift certificates are available in amounts of $25, $50, and $100 at our box office, by phone, and from our website, and can be used at any time for ticket purchases - there is no expiration date. Also, if you want to purchase specific tickets for someone else, you can do so at our ticket windows or by phone and we can either give the tickets to you for presentation, mail them directly to the gift recipient, or email them to your gift recipient.
We're pleased to be able to offer more than ample ADA and Wheelchair accessibilities to include parking spaces, seating areas, and restroom facilities. Our facility meets or exceeds all Federal ADA requirements. Also, we do keep several wheelchairs available in the facility for those who might need to borrow one for their comfort in attending one of our events.
