This year the Black Hills Stock Show and Rodeo will be hosting a new event; the Ironman Championship.

For a single round, sudden death, fifteen top cowboys will compete. The best time in all four events – Tie-Down Roping, Heading, Heeling and Steer Wrestling -wins.
