Rapid City Concert Association Presents The Kenya Safari Acrobats

The Kenya Safari Acrobats present a truly unique performance unlike anything you’ve seen before. Death defying stunts, comedy, audience participation and heart pounding music combine to create a production that will have everyone on the edge of their seats. Hailing from the heart of Africa, this awe-inspiring10 member dance troupe takes acrobatics to exhilarating extremes.
South Dakota State 8-Ball Pool Tournament
Wednesday, March 14th, 4:00pm, Thursday March 15th – Sunday, March 18th, 8:00am
The 28th Annual State 8-Ball Tournament is upon us, and we’re ready to rack up a great time! Come out and support some of the most talented players in the State, as they compete for the championship. The Tournament includes both pool and dart players, and is sure to be a fun time had by all.
State AA Boys Basketball
Thursday, March 15th through Saturday, March 17th, Games at 12:00pm and 6:00pm
It’s the statewide tournament that everyone has been anticipating. Break out your school spirit and colors, and get ready to cheer on the athletes that have worked so hard all year. Beginning with Sioux Falls O’Gorman and Rapid City Central matching up on Thursday at 12:00pm, the champion is anyone’s guess.
Strings in Concert
Saturday, March 17th, 6:00pm and 8:00pm
This year’s annual Strings in Concert performance is shaping up to be yet another showcase of Rapid City’s talented young string musicians. Featuring elementary and middle school aged players, it is a wonderful time for family and friends to support the aspiring musicians of our community and the lifelong gift that is music.
Rush vs. Evansville
Friday, March 16th, 7:05pm, Saturday, March 17th, 7:05pm
The Rush battle Evansville in two home games this weekend. Grab the family and head to the Ice Arena for another weekend of edge of your seat entertainment by everyone’s favorite hockey team.
Note: Tickets for next week’s Wednesday, March 21st game will be valid for the Monday, March 19th game against Bloomington, due to the Blake Shelton concert.
